Our client is a Spanish manufacturer supplying polymer processors across Europe. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead sales in Italy, winning new business and growing existing accounts.

You will develop opportunities among compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors, film producers and other converters. With technical, production and customer service teams, you will deliver tailored solutions, track market trends and competitors, and maintain forecasts, reports and CRM records. You will monitor customer payments and represent the business at meetings and trade fairs.

You have sales experience in plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch, compounding or related materials, with success in new business and account growth. Experience selling technical raw materials, compounds, concentrates or additives to processors is an advantage. Strong negotiation skills, fluent Italian and English, and willingness to travel are required.
